How to read this: Root-cause buckets are assigned by a documented, priority-ordered rule from live Encompass fields
(investor-allocation, investor-reject, scratch/dent, post-closing condition, UW condition, collateral/title, else notes) —
the field values are facts; the bucketing is a heuristic to focus effort, not QC truth. The prevention percentages come from the
offshore correspondence analysis and are model-classified — verify against Encompass QC before acting (RAIG §12).
